On September 22, a delegation from the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service visited the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in Baku. During the meeting, the parties agreed on joint educational programs, student exchanges, faculty internships, cooperation in international rankings, and the organization of scientific conferences. Opportunities for collaboration under the university’s ‘Digital University’ project were also discussed. The visit concluded with the signing of a memorandum of cooperation.
