In order to ensure the implementation of the instructions given at the meeting dedicated to priority issues of higher education held under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on May 6, 2024, the "Registrar's Office" was established at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service.

In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set out in the minutes of the expanded meeting of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation No. 93 of November 19, 2024, the activities of the "Registrar's Office" in higher education institutions, including: the availability of regulatory documents on the organization of the "Registrar's Office", the compliance of the staff units allocated for the "Registrar's Office" with the student contingent and the staffing of the allocated staff units with qualified personnel based on the requirements of the regulations, the functional tasks of the "Registrar's Office", the types of services provided, and the conditions created for the "Registrar's Office" are being studied by responsible employees assigned by the ministry.
