On April 11 of this year, a delegation led by the Vice-Rector of the International University of Innovative Technologies, located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, visited the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service.

At the meeting, areas of mutual cooperation were discussed. In particular, the proposal to cooperate in the field of training PhD students in economics was approved by both universities. In particular, such areas as organizing foreign research internships for applicants, exchange of scientists and PhD students for conducting scientific research on the topic of their doctoral dissertation, and mutual scientific supervision, opponentship and review of PhD students' dissertations were discussed.

At the end of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation in the field of education and research was signed.
