The open dialogue held by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, with young people at the Kuksaroy residence once again clearly defined the priority tasks in ensuring youth employment, guiding young people toward modern professions and trades, and widely involving them in entrepreneurship.

The initiatives put forward at this meeting, in particular transforming young people from job seekers into employers, supporting startups and innovative projects, and strengthening the integration of education with industry, also place significant responsibility on higher education institutions.

As the Rector of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, I would like to emphasize that, amid today's demographic growth and competition in the labor market, our priority task is to provide every student not only with theoretical knowledge but also with practical skills and well-defined professional competencies. To this end, our institute will consistently continue its work to expand elements of dual education, strengthen cooperation with employers, and involve students in practice-oriented projects.

The tasks set within the "Entrepreneur of the Future" and "My First Profession" programs constitute an important direction for the higher education system. In particular, preparing graduates for employment on an internship basis and effectively establishing mechanisms to support them in their initial professional activity have a direct impact on the quality of education and employment indicators.

At our institute, clear systematic measures are being taken to support startup initiatives, to evaluate young people's business ideas through expert review, and to put them into practice. As a higher education institution, we must be not merely a provider of diplomas but a source of qualified personnel and new initiatives for the regional economy.

Supporting young people's physical activity and healthy lifestyle is also among the important priorities. By systematically organizing sports competitions, intellectual games, and spiritual and educational events among students, we will continue to create conditions for their comprehensive development.

The tasks defined in the dialogue at Kuksaroy constitute a clear roadmap and a practical program. The team of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service will work consistently to implement these assignments with high quality, to increase graduate employment, and to realize the intellectual and economic potential of young people.
