Dear community of our Institute!

I sincerely congratulate you on the arrival of the New Year.

I believe that 2026, the "Year of Developing the Mahalla and Advancing Society," will be an important stage in the development of our country. This year will require even greater responsibility, dedication, and initiative from each of us.

I wish you all robust health, energy, determination, and the attainment of lofty goals.

Today, the large-scale reforms being carried out on the path to building the New Uzbekistan are giving new substance and momentum to the fields of education and science as well. Looking back, the year now coming to a close will be remembered in the life of our Institute for important achievements, significant changes, and effective initiatives. These results are, first and foremost, the fruit of the knowledge and capabilities of our professors and instructors, the responsible work of our staff, and the research and aspirations of our student youth.

May the New Year be a year of peace and tranquility, sustainable development, noble intentions, and bold steps toward great goals for all of us. May abundance, prosperity, kindness, and well-being enter every home.

Mindful that our student youth are the worthy future of our country and its hope and support for tomorrow, I wish them great success on the path of learning and science, our teachers creative achievements, and all our staff success and prosperity in their work.
