RECTOR'S ADDRESS
Dear students, respected parents, and esteemed teachers!
In today's rapidly changing world, threats affecting the minds of young people, especially vices such as drug addiction and drug-related crime, pose a serious danger to the development of society, the well-being of families, and the fate of future generations.
Therefore, at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, fostering vigilance, awareness, spiritual immunity, and a firm civic position in young people has always been a priority task.
Dear students!
You are the pride of our institute, the future of our country, and the determined and knowledgeable builders of our future economic development. Never fall for the deception of "it's fine to try just once." Do not forget that drugs are not a temporary "pleasure" but a poison that destroys an entire life. Sound thinking, strong will, and a thirst for knowledge will protect you from any vice.
Respected parents!
The fate of our children is the greatest responsibility for all of us. Showing them affection, staying aware of their daily lives, and listening to their thoughts and problems are the strongest shield for protecting them from the scourge of drug addiction. If their hearts hold trust, spirituality, and a firm stance in life, they will never go astray.
Esteemed teachers and mentors!
Raising the younger generation as well-rounded individuals depends on your selfless work. Every lesson, every conversation, and every piece of advice should strengthen in young people's minds a healthy lifestyle, a sense of responsibility, and patriotism. Our students are tomorrow's accomplished specialists. Protecting them, guiding them, and warning them is the duty of all of us.
Dear friends!
The fight against drug addiction is not only the task of government bodies or educational institutions. It is the shared responsibility of every parent, every teacher, and every citizen. The formation of an uncompromising attitude toward this vice in our society, and our united efforts to protect young people, will safeguard the future.
Today, uniting and demonstrating a firm position on the path to building a peaceful and healthy society is more important than ever.
❗️Remember! The bright future of New Uzbekistan depends on our vigilance, unity, and responsible action.
