DEAR COMPATRIOTS, ESTEEMED TEACHERS, AND BELOVED STUDENTS!
I sincerely congratulate you all from the bottom of my heart on the most great and cherished holiday in the life of our country – the blessed 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan!
Independence is an invaluable blessing that has fundamentally transformed the meaning and substance of our people's lives, granting us the happiness of realizing our identity and human dignity. This great date is a mighty force that inspires us to work as one body and one soul for the progress of our country, the well-being of our people, and the bright future of our children.
Today, in the New Uzbekistan being built under the leadership of our Esteemed Head of State, human dignity, education, and the advancement of science have been raised to the highest priority of state policy. The team of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service also has its own distinctive role and enormous responsibility in such important strategic processes as ensuring the sustainable development of our country's economy and bringing the tourism, hospitality, and service sectors to the international level.
Our main goal is to train patriotic specialists who are competitive not only in our country but also in the international labor market, and who have thoroughly mastered modern technologies and economic knowledge.
Dear colleagues, esteemed professors and teachers!
Your arduous and honorable work in educating and nurturing the young generation always deserves praise. I wish you strength, energy, and ever new successes in your selfless efforts to improve the quality of science and education.
Dear student youth!
You are the tomorrow of the New Uzbekistan, the great force that will determine the prosperity of our country!
