Another seminar was held to improve the effectiveness of tutors' activities
During the seminar, the institute's administration provided detailed explanations regarding the procedure for evaluating the performance of tutors on the basis of KPIs. In addition, information was presented on plans to send tutors who have achieved high results to foreign higher education institutions for the purpose of exchanging experience and studying advanced practices.
The seminar contributed to the professional development of tutors and to improving the effectiveness of their work.
