A Roundtable Discussion on the Theme “Alisher Navoiy – Sultan of Spirituality and Literature” Was Held in the Student Residence

At the student residence of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, a round-table discussion titled "Alisher Navoiy – Sultan of Spirituality and Literature," dedicated to the 585th anniversary of the birth of the great thinker, poet and statesman Alisher Navoiy, was organized on the initiative of the faculty members of the Department of Language Teaching.

During the event, comprehensive opinions and reflections were expressed on the spiritual and moral significance of Alisher Navoiy's work and his unparalleled place in Uzbek literature and world culture. Students recited poems dedicated to Navoiy's works, and a mushoira (poetic contest) and creative performances were held.

At the conclusion of the round-table discussion, an engaging intellectual competition aimed at testing students' knowledge and thinking was held via the KAHOOT platform.
