Today, on March 6, a round table discussion was held at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service with the participation of officials of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the framework of the "Counterfeit-Free Month" organized in our Republic.
At the event, the Head of the Department for Legal Protection of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice B.R. Ruziyev, the Institute's lawyer N.Kh. Ochilova, and the Candidate of Law, Associate Professor O.Kh. Yunusov spoke and provided information about the extensive work being carried out in our country in the field of intellectual property on trademark protection, combating counterfeit products, protecting rights, preventing conflicts of interest, and creating an investment environment and an environment of competition on equal terms.
