At the initiative of M. Nasriddinova, Dean's Advisor for Women's Affairs at the Faculty of Banking and Financial Services, a roundtable discussion titled ‘Leader Girls’ was organized to develop the leadership potential of female students. During the event, A. Karimova, the Institute’s Rector’s Advisor for Women’s Affairs, spoke about the qualities of a modern female leader, effective communication, teamwork skills, and the identification and guidance of talented youth. Additionally, active and talented female leaders of the faculty shared their achievements and leadership experiences.
