On September 24–25, the ‘THE Eurasia Universities Summit 2025’ organized by the international ranking organization Times Higher Education (THE) was held in Baku, Azerbaijan. The summit at the Heydar Aliyev Center was attended by the rector of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, Muhiddin Pulatov, along with Farhod Safarov, Head of the International Ratings Department, and Jonibek Makhmudov, Head of the International Cooperation Department. The summit served as an important platform for university leaders, policymakers, and researchers from Europe and Asia to discuss the impact of transnational research on social and economic development, current issues of cooperation, innovation, and transformational influence.
